Love Your Brain

It's about healthier brains!
During the congress, ECNP is organising a number of activities designed to support your brain health.

Run with the President
It's a run, not a race

On Sunday morning, ECNP president Celso Arango will lead a recreational 5 or 10 km run through Amager Fælled, a 40 hectare urban nature area close to the Bella Center.

Yoga
Start your day in a relaxed way

Every morning begins with a mindful wake-up session, with a professional yoga instructor. The sessions are for people of all levels. Yoga mats are provided.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday

Max. 25 participants per session, first come first served.

Brain food
A balanced diet is important for your brain

We have healthier snacks for our busy congress participants: fruit and raw bars, and a salad for lunch. Look out for the ‘Love Your Brain’ logo, indicating the brain-healthy options.
